What a day and what a round. I sincerely hope that nothing like that happens for the rest of the game, but I have a feeling it's going to an almost daily occurrence. I'm going to do my best to narrate what happened yesterday.
The original plan was for Vuku to split the votes between Silas and I. That changed, of course, because newRaro wanted to keep me safe.
As previously mentioned, I suspected Locky & Zach and Aubry & Sarah were a thing. Both Locky and Sarah defended their "friends" when asking who should get the votes in our NewRaro chatroom. Locky defended Zach, who then proceeded to tank both of their games when Zach told Silas and I that he knew of the plan to blindside Aubry. He claimed that Sarah & Hayden had told him, which, was of course, was certifiably false.
New Raro creates a separate chat room with Silas, but without Locky - and we decide that Locky needs to be left out of this vote. He's close enough with Zach that he leaked information to him. Not only did Locky leak the Aubry plan, but he allegedly told Zach that I was under Hayden's complete control. We decide to put votes on Zach, to blindside him and to also cut off Locky's balls, so to speak.
At this point, I'm concerned about the idol. If Zach knows that the vote will be to blindside Aubry, then Aubry will know at some point. Zach comes up with a plan: newVuku + Silas/me will vote out Jefra. I agree to it, of course, knowing full well that I will not be voting that way, but I may lull them into a sense of false security. It's at this point where this story should end -- a blindside, but not too messy of one.
Enter Silas.
Silas then tells Aubry/Andrea/Alicia/Zach that I have flipped the vote -- and I am, in reality, voting with newRaro. Why would he do this? I have no fucking idea, honestly, and I'm not going to ask him. Perhaps he actually thought about voting with newVuku. Or perhaps he wanted me to take the fall whenever votes didn't work out the way that newVuku wanted. Regardless, he turned this into a real clusterfuck. Because newVuku attempts to flip the vote back to me, in order to stick with their original plan and to CATCH newRaro voting reneging on their word first. Presumably their ideal situation is 5-4-1, where I vote for Jefra and the rest of newRaro vote for Aubry.
They then spend the entire rest of the day trying to get to know me, not knowing that I know that they are writing my name down. Now, I know the situation is kind of fucked here for either side -- I know full well that I'm not voting with them as I tell them about my favorite item on the dollar menu (literally a convo at some point), and they know that they are VOTING ME OUT as they describe their favorite sci-fi movie. The whole time I'm just sitting there, thinking, "Man, this is kind of cruel." If I didn't know that I was going and they spent the whole day doing this, bringing me into a group to vote Jefra, etc., it'd be one of the shittiest things ever done to me in ORGs.
The vote happens, it, of course, is a tie. Locky gets on and apologizes, putting his tail between his legs and retreating into the warm arms of newRaro. I'm safe, and everyone else is pissed off at each other. Alicia goes on a public rant vs. Sarah, where she also talks shit about Hayden, Phoebe, and myself. All of newVuku hate Silas for pulling the wool over their eyes so much. Andrea at one point tells me to "fuck off," in a remarkable act of completely burning bridges.
And then Phoebe comes back. I update her, and she asks me if I have the idol, because Silas apparently told her about ALL of our conversations about the idol. I hint strongly that I do, but don't tell her for sure, and she asks me to be an F2. Kind of transparent, but I, of course, agree to it. Because I never turn down a deal that I inevitably will have to break.
Aubry spends the night trying to get to know me more in an act of great transparency. She pushes game talk on me, and is confused when I don't want to talk it. She throws Silas completely under the bus, saying that everything is his fault for the vote getting switched back to me, etc. I tell her that I don't want to talk game right now, which, she doesn't seem to get, because she thinks I should be okay with talking game to her four hours after her alliance attempted to blindside me AND burn a vote on me. The conversation ends with her saying that I'm "too stubborn" to work with, once again, remarkably, burning a bridge.
Alright. I woke up way too early to write this confessional so I hope it was semi-coherent. SMASH THAT LIKE BUTTON.
The vote appears to be between Alicia-Aubry-Andrea, although, with this blackout thing, I imagine that someone in a decent position will likely get screwed over. I've talked more to Andrea today and we've sort of started building up a friendship. I'm hoping the votes from that side will not be on me, but we shall see. Alicia or Aubry have not been online since two nights ago, which is either a sign that they've given up or that they are searching hard for the idol.

There's a real chance here that Silas could go home this Tribal Council. I don't want that to happen right now -- and if I feel that the vote is turning against him, I think I'm going to tell him to play his 50/50 coin.
Silas mind is running on overdrive and I won't be surprised if he manages to sink his game tonight. I'm courting Andrea a little bit now to ensure that the votes are not on me -- she says she is voting for Silas, but I'm not quite sure if that's true or not. I just want this Tribal Council to be over with!
