Round 8

Ok so I am going to give the tl;dr on last round from my view point.  So much shit happened and change that I can't even remember who said/leaked what, so I will probably just keep things general.

So, I won immunity and I think almost everyone in the game wanted me to win it even if they didn't vote for me in the end, except for Zach an possibly Andrea, so it is so ironic I was sitting next to them at the end of the comp.

Ummm, I had said before that I wanted to target Silas or Zach last round if I had my way, but it became quite clear very quickly that Locky was too close to Zach for us to vote him.  Aubry was running around like a chicken with it's head cut off trying to figure out what everyone got from the auction and it sketched everyone out.  So, target was originally put on her even though I was opposed to that, and Hayden didn't seem that happy about it either when I talked to him 1 on 1.

Anyways, Phoebe quickly left the picture and we kind of had to bring Silas into the picture.  He was feeding everything to Locky who was feeding it to Hayden, myself and I guess Jefra and Jamal, and the whole thing was just sketchy cause I knew the whole time Zach and Locky were exchanging info from both sides.

OMG WAIT HOW DID I FORGET THE OG PLAN!!!  the og "plan" was to split votes on Jamal and Silas but like, that was never going to happen and it was so clear for everyone that I don't know why we even tried to pretend.   It was just a waste of time and Zach didn't message me a single time the whole round so clearly he felt confident, and Aubry was being sketchy as well so I knew she didn't include me in her plans (for the round at least).

Anyways, I threw out Andrea's name to one of the many group chats I was added to last round with a combination of NuRaro and Silas, and really no one seemed opposed to voting for her but it just didn't stick for some reason cause Locky was pushing hard for Aubry.  Well, time went by, and we heard (from Silas I think who just loves nothing more than to stir the pot) that Locky leaked our plan to Zach.  So we decided to leave Locky out of the next group chat and we changed the vote to Zach.

Our side stayed set on that the whole round, while hoping that Aubry got spooked on the other side and played an idol or something crazy, and yeah.  However, the other side was set to vote for Jefra because I think that's what Zach wanted because Hayden and I were immune, and he clearly wouldn't vote for Locky, but then they changed it to Jamal again at some point.  Not sure if it was Silas to put the target back on Jamal or Zach or Aubry or what, but it was just a whole nother round of unnecessary drama.

In the end, Jamal went back and forth about playing the idol but he trusted me and didn't play it.  He passed it to me last round and I passed it back this round.  Hopefully people now assume that he doesn't have it going forward.  Andrea flushed a double vote for reasons that I still don't understand but I am glad that she did!  And Aubry and Alicia are pissed at me, and I did think that they would be mad, but I didn't expect that they would be so mad that I could not work with them the rest of the game.  So that's really upsetting cause I truly did protect them both last round and did have them in my plans and even endgame plans going forward.  So what a shame!  I know they feel betrayed, but it's not like I voted either of them out so idk.  All in all, I actually got out who I wanted, even if it wasn't in the most normal and organized of ways.


Going forward, I guess I have no choice but to stick with the alliance I formed last round?  I really do not trust Silas or Locky with anything at the time being, but I don't see another route for me when Alicia is possibly voting me and Aubry won't get over herself and accept my apology.  Andrea would vote Silas, and I would like nothing more than to tell her that that's what I truly want as well, but then she could tell Silas and blow up my spot in the alliance I am sitting in right now.  So yeah, I will just hope to split votes on Aubry and Alicia and then maybe flip with Hayden and Jamal and Jefra next round to vote out Silas.  idk.  Hayden and Jamal are both trying very hard to hide their relationship with me, which I appreciate, and I have almost slipped up to both about how close I am with the other, but have maintained my position I think.  There is definitely mistrust brewing between the two because we can't seem to get a groupchat going.


And lastly, after the fallout of this past round, it really fucked my game and I don't think I see myself sitting in the end, but I will sure as hell still try my best and see what I can do.  There is so mistrust between certain pairings in this game that if I can manipulate it just the right way and choose when to reveal info at the right times then maybe I can make a deep run, but we will see!!!!  Quote my words though, Jefra will win this entire game.  She is the classic MOR, blonde and friendly winner who just agrees to things mid-game and  then rides to the end and wins the whole thing.

Going to bed now but there will definitely be more to follow tomorrow because this Blackout Round kinda blows the doors off of things and opens up some more opportunities to make some unorthodox moves, but also leaves me feeling even more scared that I could get blindsided myself cause I know Aubry/Alicia/Andrea are after me, and who knows where tf Silas really stands. But Hayden and I are considering using Jefra and Locky to take out Silas this round and I will expand on that idea more tomorrow if he hasn't already in his confessionals. I need to sleep on it though.
